The Team
Reef’s success is down to one thing: its' team. Without our brilliant people, well, Reef wouldn’t do very well. Some team members live in the Southeast, some in the Southwest, and others in various pockets of the country. A few individuals have been with the company for more than 15 years, and for that, they are very lucky.
South East
Whilst the Reef team is now spread across the country, the journey began in the Southeast. With what started in the late 90's as a small and eager bunch of family and friends, willing to give this Reef thing a go, we currently stand as a team of 17.
South West
The Southwest expansion of Reef began in 2009 after Mike and his family moved to Wadebridge, Cornwall. Similar to the beginnings of the Southeast office, the team began through word of mouth…in other words, through meeting people at the pub, in the Rugby club or through new friends of friends. Our team in this part of the country is now at 12.
Careers
Even if we do not have a live job posting, Reef is always open to new talent. With in-house training, we can cater to individuals who are fresh but interested in the industry. As our work spans across the country, we can take on people who aren't based in the Southeast or Southwest. The Reef team can be described as tight knit and hard working. We have each other's backs, we work as a unit, and we always put our best foot forwards.
